Privacy

Last updated 11 October 2026

PathwayMBA is run from New Zealand and follows the Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else handles it. Questions or requests go to [email protected].

What we collect

The site sets one cookie of its own, which keeps you signed in. It lasts a year and renews while you keep using the site, and signing out removes it. The sign-in service also stores a small record in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

We use three companies to run the site. Each one stores data on servers outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States, and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you're a member, and for up to two years after your membership ends in case you come back. After that we delete it, apart from payment records, which tax law requires us to keep for seven years.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email us and we'll reply within 20 working days. If you aren't happy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that affects you, we'll update the date above and email members about it.
